What we looked for

For every product we research, we start by trying to name and evidence-grade every disclosed ingredient. For Goldenfrib, we found so many conflicting sources that a normal ingredient breakdown isn't possible with confidence.

Formula Story 1: Fiber & Prebiotic Blend

Named across several domains: Acacia Gum, Agave Inulin, Flaxseed, Galacto-Oligosaccharides, Guar Gum. This is the most commonly repeated version across the sites we found.

Formula Story 2: Detox-Style Blend

Named on a smaller number of domains: Psyllium Husk, Bentonite Clay, Flaxseed, Black Walnut Hulls, Oat Bran, Aloe Vera Leaf. This shares only Flaxseed with Story 1.

Formula Story 3: An Entirely Different List

Named on one domain: Mucuna Pruriens, Maca Root, Aloe Vera, Fennel Seed, Plum Extract, Apple Pectin. No fiber or prebiotic ingredients at all, unlike the other two stories.

We cannot tell you with confidence what Goldenfrib actually contains. Roughly ten different websites, each presenting itself as an official source, disagree substantially on the ingredients.
